ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ Постановление от 4 декабря 1995 г. N 1205 г. Москва О представлении на ратификацию Соглашения об учреждении Черноморского банка торговли и развития Правительство Российской Федерации постановляет: 1. Представить в Государственную Думу Федерального Собрания на ратификацию Соглашение об учреждении Черноморского банка торговли и развития, подписанное в г. Афинах 30 декабря 1994 г. 2. Назначить заместителя Министра иностранных дел Российской Федерации Чернышева Альберта Сергеевича официальным представителем Правительства Российской Федерации при рассмотрении палатами Федерального Собрания вопроса о ратификации Соглашения об учреждении Черноморского банка торговли и развития, подписанного в г. Афинах 30 декабря 1994 г. Председатель Правительства Российской Федерации В. Черномырдин
