ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 18 октября 2005 г. N 1721-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение Думы муниципального образования "Партизанский район Приморского края" и Минэкономразвития России, согласованное с Минсельхозом России, администрацией Приморского края и федеральным государственным унитарным предприятием "Приморрыбсвязь", о безвозмездной передаче в собственность муниципального образования "Партизанский район Приморского края" относящихся к федеральной собственности и находящихся в хозяйственном ведении указанного предприятия объектов жилищно-коммунального хозяйства, расположенных в пос. Волчанец (Партизанский район Приморского края), согласно приложению. 2. Росимуществу совместно с Росрыболовством и администрацией Партизанского района Приморского края обеспечить в установленном порядке передачу указанных в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения объектов в муниципальную собственность.
