УКАЗ ПРЕЗИДЕНТА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О досрочном прекращении полномочий Главы Республики Бурятия В связи с заявлением Главы Республики Бурятия Наговицына В.В. о досрочном прекращении полномочий и в соответствии с подпунктом "в" пункта 1 и подпунктом "а" пункта 9 статьи 19 Федерального закона от 6 октября 1999 г. № 184-ФЗ "Об общих принципах организации законодательных (представительных) и исполнительных органов государственной власти субъектов Российской Федерации" постановляю: 1. Принять отставку Главы Республики Бурятия Наговицына В.В. по собственному желанию. 2. Назначить Цыденова Алексея Самбуевича временно исполняющим обязанности Главы Республики Бурятия до вступления в должность лица, избранного Главой Республики Бурятия. 3. Настоящий Указ вступает в силу со дня его подписания. Президент Российской Федерации В.Путин Москва, Кремль 7 февраля 2017 года № 54
