ЗАКОН РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О внесении изменения в статью 24 Уголовного кодекса РСФСР Статья 1. Внести в статью 24 Уголовного кодекса РСФСР (Ведомости Верховного Совета РСФСР, 1960, N 40, ст. 591; 1977, N 12, ст. 255; 1985, N 15, ст. 564; 1986, N 23, ст. 639; 1989, N 3, ст. 50; N 19, ст. 487; Ведомости Съезда народных депутатов РСФСР и Верховного Совета РСФСР, 1991, N 52, ст. 1867) следующее изменение: в части первой слова "и на срок более пятнадцати лет, но не свыше двадцати лет" заменить словом "пожизненно". Статья 2. Комитету Верховного Совета Российской Федерации по законодательству в связи с изменением статьи 24 Уголовного кодекса РСФСР в двухмесячный срок разработать и представить в Верховный Совет Российской Федерации проект закона о внесении изменений в Исправительно-трудовой кодекс РСФСР.
