УКАЗ ПРЕЗИДЕНТА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О Егорове Н.Д. 1. По итогам выборов главы исполнительной власти Краснодарского края, состоявшихся 22 декабря 1996 г., освободить Егорова Николая Дмитриевича от должности главы администрации Краснодарского края со дня вступления в должность избранного главы исполнительной власти Краснодарского края. 2. В связи с освобождением от должности предоставить Егорову Н.Д. социальные гарантии, предусмотренные Указом Президента Российской Федерации от 3 октября 1994 г. № 1969 "О мерах по укреплению единой системы исполнительной власти в Российской Федерации" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 1994, № 24, ст. 2598). 3. Настоящий Указ вступает в силу со дня подписания. Президент Российской Федерации Б.Ельцин Москва, Кремль 10 марта 1997 года № 200
