ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 16 июня 2005 г. № 806-р МОСКВА 1. Принять предложение Райчихинского городского Совета народных депутатов и Минэкономразвития России, согласованное с ФСБ России и администрацией Амурской области, о передаче в муниципальную собственность г. Райчихинска (Амурская область) относящихся к федеральной собственности жилых домов войсковой части 2098 Краснознаменного Дальневосточного регионального пограничного управления ФСБ России, расположенных в г. Райчихинске, ул. Победа, № 69 и 69А. 2. Росимуществу совместно с ФСБ России и администрацией г. Райчихинска обеспечить в установленном порядке передачу указанных в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения объектов в муниципальную собственность. Председатель Правительства Российской Федерации М.Фрадков
