РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНЫЙ ЗАКОН О внесении изменения в статью 3 Федерального закона "Об ипотечных ценных бумагах" Принят Государственной Думой 19 февраля 2010 года Одобрен Советом Федерации 3 марта 2010 года Статья 1 Внести в абзац второй части 2 статьи 3 Федерального закона от 11 ноября 2003 года № 152-ФЗ "Об ипотечных ценных бумагах" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2003, № 46, ст. 4448; 2005, № 1, ст. 19; 2006, № 31, ст. 3440) изменение, заменив слова "семьдесят процентов" словами "восемьдесят процентов". Статья 2 Настоящий Федеральный закон вступает в силу со дня его официального опубликования. Президент Российской Федерации Д.Медведев Москва, Кремль 9 марта 2010 года № 22-ФЗ
