ПРИКАЗ Государственного таможенного комитета Российской Федерации от 2 июля 2001 г. N 631 О применении приказа ГТК России от 15.01.2001 г. N 25 Зарегистрировано Министерством юстиции Российской Федерации 25 июля 2001 г. Регистрационный N 2823 В целях поэтапного введения в действие приказа ГТК России от 15.01.2001 г. N 25 "О местах ввоза на таможенную территорию Российской Федерации товаров отдельных категорий" (зарегистрирован в Минюсте России 13.02.2001 г., регистрационный N 2568) и повышения собираемости таможенных платежей приказываю: 1. Применять приказ ГТК России от 15.01.2001 г. N 25 "О местах ввоза на таможенную территорию Российской Федерации товаров отдельных категорий" (зарегистрирован в Минюсте России 13.02.2001 г., регистрационный N 2568) в отношении товаров, указанных в пункте 1 приказа и классифицируемых в группах с 50 по 64 включительно, в соответствии с ТН ВЭД России. 2. Пресс-службе ГТК России (С.Ю.Лысенко) обеспечить освещение настоящего приказа в средствах массовой информации согласно установленному порядку. Контроль за исполнением настоящего приказа оставляю за собой. ____________
