ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 26 октября 2011 г. № 1873-р МОСКВА Согласиться с предложением Минэкономразвития России, согласованным с Минтрансом России и открытым акционерным обществом "Российские железные дороги" (г. Москва), о продаже открытым акционерным обществом "Российские железные дороги" на конкурсе 1884848 обыкновенных именных акций открытого акционерного общества "БэтЭлТранс" (г. Москва), что составляет 50 процентов минус 2 акции его уставного капитала, по цене не ниже рыночной, определенной на основании отчета независимого оценщика, но не ниже номинальной стоимости акций.
