The State Duma поручает the Accounts Chamber to audit how federal budget money allocated in 1996-1997 was used for education at the Ministry of Railways, and to report the audit results to the Duma by 1 July 1997.

ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОЙ ДУМЫ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНОГО СОБРАНИЯ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О поручении Счетной палате Российской Федерации В соответствии со статьей 20 Федерального закона "О Счетной палате Российской Федерации" Государственная Дума Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации постановляет: 1. Поручить Счетной палате Российской Федерации провести проверку целевого использования средств, выделенных из федерального бюджета в 1996-1997 годах Министерству путей сообщения Российской Федерации на образование. 2. Предложить Правительству Российской Федерации предоставить Счетной палате Российской Федерации все необходимые материалы для проведения указанной проверки. 3. О результатах указанной проверки Счетной палате Российской Федерации проинформировать Государственную Думу до 1 июля 1997 года.
