ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ ВЕРХОВНОГО СОВЕТА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О кандидатурах судей Конституционного Суда РСФСР Руководствуясь пунктом 2 статьи 3 Закона РСФСР "О Конституционном Суде РСФСР", Верховный Совет Российской Федерации постановляет: Согласиться с заключением комитетов Верховного Совета Российской Федерации по законодательству, по правам человека, по вопросам законности, правопорядка и борьбы с преступностью о кандидатурах судей Конституционного Суда РСФСР. Рекомендовать Председателю Верховного Совета Российской Федерации представить на шестом Съезде народных депутатов Российской Федерации в состав Конституционного Суда РСФСР кандидатуры Босхолова Сергея Семеновича, Евдокимова Вячеслава Борисовича, Шахова Василия Дмитриевича.
