ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 9 июля 2003 г. N 932-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение Александровской городской Думы и Минимущества России, согласованное с Минюстом России и администрацией Пермской области, о безвозмездной передаче в муниципальную собственность г. Александровска (Пермская область) относящихся к федеральной собственности и находящихся в хозяйственном ведении государственного унитарного предприятия "Учреждение УТ-389/14" Главного управления исполнения наказаний Минюста России по Пермской области объектов коммунально-бытового и социального назначения, расположенных в г. Александровске, согласно приложению. 2. Минимуществу России совместно с Минюстом России и органом местного самоуправления г. Александровска обеспечить в установленном порядке передачу указанных в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения объектов в муниципальную собственность. 3. Финансирование в 2003 году расходов на содержание объектов, передаваемых в соответствии с настоящим распоряжением, осуществляет передающая сторона.
