ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ СОВЕТА РЕСПУБЛИКИ ВЕРХОВНОГО СОВЕТА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О Концепции реорганизации и развития алмазно-бриллиантового комплекса Совет Республики Верховного Совета Российской Федерации постановляет: 1. Одобрить Концепцию реорганизации и развития алмазно-бриллиантового комплекса, разработанную комиссией при Комитете Верховного Совета Российской Федерации по международным делам и внешнеэкономическим связям по подготовке предложений по оптимизации алмазно-бриллиантового комплекса и золотодобывающей отрасли и их структурной реорганизации. 2. Комиссии Совета Республики Верховного Совета Российской Федерации по бюджету, планам, налогам и ценам совместно с Комитетом Верховного Совета Российской Федерации по международным делам и внешнеэкономическим связям при подготовке проекта закона Российской Федерации о государственном контроле за операциями с указанными ценностями учесть положения Концепции реорганизации и развития алмазно-бриллиантового комплекса.
