ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 10 апреля 2013 г. № 577-р МОСКВА 1. Расширить морской порт Сочи (Краснодарский край) за счет включения в состав его границ земельных участков, расположенных в г. Сочи, а также создаваемых искусственных земельных участков, на которых планируется размещение объектов, предусмотренных пунктами 55, 55 1 и 55 2 Программы строительства олимпийских объектов и развития города Сочи как горноклиматического курорта, утвержденной постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 29 декабря 2007 г. № 991 . 2. Минтрансу России представить в 6-месячный срок в установленном порядке проект акта Правительства Российской Федерации об изменении границ морского порта Сочи в соответствии с настоящим распоряжением.
