РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНЫЙ ЗАКОН О внесении изменения в статью 1 Федерального закона "О некоммерческих организациях" Принят Государственной Думой 7 ноября 2007 года Одобрен Советом Федерации 16 ноября 2007 года Внести в пункт 3 статьи 1 Федерального закона от 12 января 1996 года № 7-ФЗ "О некоммерческих организациях" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 1996, № 3, ст. 145; 1998, № 48, ст. 5849; 2006, № 3, ст. 282) изменение, изложив его в следующей редакции: "3. Настоящий Федеральный закон не распространяется на потребительские кооперативы, товарищества собственников жилья, садоводческие, огороднические и дачные некоммерческие объединения граждан.".
