ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОЙ ДУМЫ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНОГО СОБРАНИЯ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О первоочередных мерах по образованию Счетной палаты Российской Федерации В связи с принятием Федерального закона "О Счетной палате Российской Федерации" и в соответствии с постановлением Государственной Думы Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации "О принятии в ведение Государственной Думы Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации Контрольно-бюджетного комитета" N 95-I ГД от 2 апреля 1994 года Государственная Дума Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации постановляет: 1. Ликвидировать Контрольно-бюджетный комитет, находящийся в ведении Государственной Думы (далее - Комитет), с 30 декабря 1994 года. 2. Назначить председателем ликвидационной комиссии Председателя Счетной палаты Российской Федерации Х. М. Кармокова и заместителем председателя - председателя ликвидируемого Комитета А. Н. Саунина. В десятидневный срок образовать ликвидационную комиссию и утвердить ее состав. Ликвидационной комиссии осуществить высвобождение работников Комитета с соблюдением гарантий, предусмотренных законодательством Российской Федерации о труде. При формировании штата Счетной палаты Российской Федерации привлечь в ее аппарат необходимое количество специалистов из числа высвобождаемых работников Комитета, организовав при этом их переподготовку. 3. Ликвидационной комиссии передать Счетной палате Российской Федерации текущий архив, информационно - методические, справочные и другие материалы, малую оргтехнику, находившиеся в ведении Комитета. 4. Считать Счетную палату Российской Федерации правопреемником Комитета в осуществлении международных связей со счетными палатами и другими органами парламентского контроля иностранных государств и их международными объединениями. 5. Расходы, связанные с ликвидацией Комитета и образованием Счетной палаты Российской Федерации, произвести за счет средств, выделяемых на содержание Государственной Думы, с последующим возмещением из средств федерального бюджета на содержание Счетной палаты Российской Федерации. 6. Комитету Государственной Думы по бюджету, налогам, банкам и финансам представить кандидатуры для назначения на должности аудиторов Счетной палаты Российской Федерации на рассмотрение Государственной Думы до 15 февраля 1995 года. 7. Председателю Счетной палаты Российской Федерации Х. М. Кармокову создать рабочую группу по обеспечению деятельности Счетной палаты Российской Федерации.
