ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 1 апреля 2003 г. N 399-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение городской Думы г. Иркутска и Минимущества России, согласованное с Минтрансом России, Минфином России, администрацией Иркутской области и федеральным государственным унитарным предприятием "Аэропорт Иркутск" (г. Иркутск), о безвозмездной передаче в муниципальную собственность г. Иркутска относящихся к федеральной собственности находящихся в ведении указанного предприятия объектов коммунально-бытового назначения согласно приложению. 2. Минимуществу России совместно с Минтрансом России и администрацией Иркутской области обеспечить в установленном порядке передачу указанных в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения объектов коммунально-бытового назначения в муниципальную собственность. 3. Принять к сведению, что финансирование расходов на содержание передаваемых объектов в 2003 году осуществляет передающая сторона.
