УКАЗ ПРЕЗИДЕНТА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ ВЫПИСКА 1. Внести в Указ Президента Российской Федерации от 23 сентября 1999 г. N 1255с "О мерах по повышению эффективности контртеррористических операций на территории Северо-Кавказского региона Российской Федерации" (с учетом изменений, внесенных Указом Президента Российской Федерации от 22 января 2001 г. N 61 "О мерах по борьбе с терроризмом на территории Северо-Кавказского региона Российской Федерации") изменение, включив в абзац второй пункта 5 после слов "первого заместителя, назначаемого от Министерства внутренних дел Российской Федерации," слова "заместителя, назначаемого от внутренних войск Министерства внутренних дел Российской Федерации,". 2. Внести в Указ Президента Российской Федерации от 22 января 2001 г. N 61 "О мерах по борьбе с терроризмом на территории Северо-Кавказского региона Российской Федерации" следующие дополнения и изменение: а) в пункте 2 после слов "директор Федеральной пограничной службы Российской Федерации," включить слова "директор Службы внешней разведки Российской Федерации,"; б) в пункте 6: подпункт "а" дополнить абзацем следующего содержания: "командующий войсками Северо-Кавказского округа внутренних войск Министерства внутренних дел Российской Федерации;"; в подпункт "б" включить новый абзац второй следующего содержания: "заместитель командующего Объединенной группировкой от внутренних войск Министерства внутренних дел Российской Федерации;"; абзацы второй - десятый считать соответственно абзацами третьим - одиннадцатым. 3.
