ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 30 апреля 1992 г. N 822-р г. Москва 1. В целях недопущения срывов перевозок грузов железными дорогами принять предложение специальной комиссии Правительства Российской Федерации по оперативному регулированию ресурсообеспечения о проведении в 1 полугодии 1992 гг. бартерной операции с поставкой на экспорт 300 тыс.тонн дизельного топлива за счет лимитов МПС, выделенных для государственных нужд, в обмен на закупку дизельных масел. 2. Минэкономики России выделить квоту на экспорт указанного количества дизельного топлива, а МВЭС России выдать экспортную лицензию на поставку дизельного топлива через внешнеторговую форму "Желдорэкспорт" МПС России. 3. В целях сохранения уровня цен на дизельные масла при расчетах с предприятиями железнодорожного транспорта-потребителями ГТК России при проведении указанной бартерной операции не взимать таможенные пошлины.
