ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 7 апреля 2003 г. N 436-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение Тверской городской Думы и Минимущества России, согласованное с Минобороны России и администрацией Тверской области, о безвозмездной передаче в муниципальную собственность г. Твери находящегося в федеральной собственности расположенного в г. Твери магистрального водопровода Тверской квартирно-эксплуатационной части протяженностью 5419,1 м. 2. Минимуществу России совместно с Минобороны России и администрацией г. Твери обеспечить в установленном порядке передачу указанного в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения объекта в муниципальную собственность. 3. Минобороны России по согласованию с Минфином России обеспечить в 2003 году возмещение затрат местного бюджета на функционирование объекта, переданного в установленном порядке в муниципальную собственность в соответствии с настоящим распоряжением, за счет средств федерального бюджета, предусмотренных по смете на текущее содержание Минобороны России.
