УКАЗ ПРЕЗИДЕНТА РОССИЙСКОЙ СОВЕТСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАТИВНОЙ СОЦИАЛИСТИЧЕСКОЙ РЕСПУБЛИКИ О партийных архивах В связи с тем, что КПСС была частью государственного аппарата, образовавшиеся в ее деятельности документы подлежат государственному хранению. В целях предотвращения незаконного уничтожения в РСФСР документов партийных архивов постановляю: 1. Передать Центральный партийный архив Института теории и истории социализма ЦК КПСС, текущий архив Общего отдела ЦК КПСС, партийные архивы обкомов и крайкомов КПСС, Московского и Ленинградского горкомов КПСС в ведение архивных органов РСФСР вместе с занимаемыми ими зданиями, сооружениями, штатной численностью и фондом оплаты труда. 2. Контроль за выполнением настоящего Указа возложить на Комитет по делам архивов при Совете Министров РСФСР. 3. Настоящий Указ вступает в силу с момента его подписания.
