ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 18 октября 2003 г. N 1510-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение Смоленского городского Совета, Смоленской районной Думы, Совета депутатов муниципального образования "Починковский район Смоленской области" и Минимущества России, согласованное с Минфином России, Минтрансом России, администрацией Смоленской области и государственным унитарным предприятием федеральной собственности "Дорожное ремонтно-строительное управление N 4", о безвозмездной передаче в собственность муниципальных образований "Город Смоленск", "Смоленский район" и "Починковский район Смоленской области" относящихся к федеральной собственности и находящихся в хозяйственном ведении указанного предприятия объектов коммунально-бытового назначения согласно приложению. 2. Минимуществу России совместно с Минтрансом России и органами местного самоуправления соответствующих муниципальных образований Смоленской области обеспечить в установленном порядке передачу государственным унитарным предприятием федеральной собственности "Дорожное ремонтно-строительное управление N 4" указанных в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения объектов в муниципальную собственность. 3. Принять к сведению, что финансирование расходов на содержание объектов, указанных в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения, в 2003 году осуществляет передающая сторона.
