УКАЗ ПРЕЗИДЕНТА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О Белякове А.С. 1. По итогам выборов губернатора Ленинградской области, состоявшихся 29 сентября 1996 г., освободить Белякова Александра Семеновича от должности главы администрации Ленинградской области со дня вступления в должность избранного губернатора Ленинградской области. 2. В связи с освобождением от должности предоставить Белякову А.С. социальные гарантии, предусмотренные Указом Президента Российской Федерации от 3 октября 1994 г. № 1969 "О мерах по укреплению единой системы исполнительной власти в Российской Федерации" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 1994, № 24, ст. 2598). 3.
