УКАЗ ПРЕЗИДЕНТА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О назначении судей военных судов Руководствуясь статьями 83 и 128 Конституции Российской Федерации, постановляю: 1. Назначить судьями: Ленинградского окружного военного суда Кислова Дмитрия Николаевича Махачкалинского гарнизонного военного суда Мурзабекова Мурзабека Давурбековича. 2. Назначить на период до истечения срока полномочий, установленного Указом Президента Российской Федерации от 24 марта 2005 г. № 336 "О назначении судей военных судов", судьей Борзинского гарнизонного военного суда Мороза Анатолия Марьяновича. 3. Назначить на 3-летний срок полномочий судьями: Абаканского гарнизонного военного суда Носова Николая Викторовича Выборгского гарнизонного военного суда Олексенко Андрея Валериевича Ульяновского гарнизонного военного суда Антонова Александра Михайловича Хабаровского гарнизонного военного суда Белобородько Станислава Сергеевича.
