СОВЕТ МИНИСТРОВ - ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ от 17 декабря 1993 г. N 1302 г. Москва О ресурсном обеспечении органов военной прокуратуры В целях обеспечения необходимых условий деятельности органов военной прокуратуры и во исполнение Указа Президента Российской Федерации от 20 октября 1993 г. N 1685 "О деятельности прокуратуры в период поэтапной конституционной реформы в Российской Федерации" Совет Министров - Правительство Российской Федерации постановляет: 1. Сохранить в течение 1994 года действующий порядок финансирования, снабжения, материально-технического и иного обеспечения органов военной прокуратуры. 2. Министерству финансов Российской Федерации предусмотреть необходимые ассигнования Министерству обороны Российской Федерации на указанные цели.
