СОВЕТ МИНИСТРОВ РСФСР ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ от 23 октября 1991 г. N 563 г. Москва О совершенствовании внешнеэкономической деятельности Во исполнение Указа Президента РСФСР от 20 августа 1991 г. N 66 "Об обеспечении экономической основы суверенитета РСФСР" Совет Министров РСФСР постановляет: 1. Установить, что Министерство внешних экономических связей РСФСР является органом государственного управления РСФСР и обеспечивает разработку, координацию и реализацию внешнеэкономической политики РСФСР. 2. Министерству внешних экономических связей РСФСР принять от Министерства внешних экономических связей СССР по состоянию на 1 октября 1991 г. всю его материально-техническую базу и подведомственные подразделения и организации, расположенные как на территории РСФСР, так и за рубежом.
