ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 21 октября 2003 г. N 1525-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение Совета г. Железноводска Ставропольского края и Минимущества России, согласованное с Минфином России, Минтрансом России, правительством Ставропольского края и федеральным государственным унитарным дорожным эксплуатационным предприятием N 165 (г. Железноводск, Ставропольский край), о безвозмездной передаче в муниципальную собственность г. Железноводска относящегося к федеральной собственности и находящегося в хозяйственном ведении указанного предприятия здания котельной, расположенного в г. Железноводске, пос. Иноземцево, ул. Гагарина, N 6. 2. Минимуществу России совместно с Минтрансом России и администрацией г. Железноводска в установленном порядке обеспечить передачу федеральным государственным унитарным дорожным эксплуатационным предприятием N 165 указанного в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения объекта в муниципальную собственность. 3. Принять к сведению, что финансирование расходов на содержание объекта, указанного в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения, в 2003 году осуществляет передающая сторона.
