Statute overview

About this statute

This provision sets the filing and review rules for antimonopoly petitions and notifications. If a territorial MAPP office is not authorized to review a filing, it must not consider it and must notify the applicant within 7 days. Certain filings must also be sent to MAPP Russia within 10 days, and applicants must submit complete, truthful, Russian-language materials in the required form. This provision lists the information and documents that must be filed with the antimonopoly authority for certain reorganizations, share acquisitions, liquidations, divisions, and asset transfers. Заявитель должен подать в антимонопольные органы сведения и документы по перечисленным вопросам, включая адрес для корреспонденции и данные о представителях. The form must be filled out by product type, with information for the previous calendar year and the current year separately.
