П И С Ь М О ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОГО КОМИТЕТА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ ПО УПРАВЛЕНИЮ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННЫМ ИМУЩЕСТВОМ от 10 сентября 1992 г. N АЧ/6131 г. Москва В связи с поступающими запросами в отношении закрепления недвижимого государственного имущества за несколькими юридическими лицами Госкомимущество России сообщает: В соответствии с действующим законодательством в случае, если здание, находящееся на балансе одного предприятия (организации), строилось за счет централизованных источников финансирования либо при долевом участии нескольких предприятий (организаций) и предназначалось для их совместного размещения, соответствующий комитет по управлению имуществом вправе закрепить такое здание или его части за несколькими предприятиями (организациями) на условиях полного хозяйственного ведения (оперативного управления) независимо от того, на чьем балансе оно находится.
