The decree sets the total staffing levels for the prosecution authorities and requires the Government to fund implementation.

УКАЗ ПРЕЗИДЕНТА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ Об общей штатной численности органов прокуратуры Российской Федерации 1. Установить общую штатную численность органов прокуратуры Российской Федерации в количестве 51319 единиц, в том числе органов военной прокуратуры в количестве 3110 единиц, из них военнослужащих в количестве 2071 человека, гражданского персонала - 1039 человек. 2. Правительству Российской Федерации предусмотреть выделение Генеральной прокуратуре Российской Федерации бюджетных ассигнований из федерального бюджета, необходимых для реализации пункта 1 настоящего Указа. 3. Признать утратившим силу Указ Президента Российской Федерации от 28 октября 2019 г. № 528 "Об общей штатной численности органов прокуратуры Российской Федерации" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2019, № 44, ст. 6185). 4. Настоящий Указ вступает в силу со дня его подписания. Президент Российской Федерации В.Путин Москва, Кремль 5 июля 2021 года № 403
