РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНЫЙ ЗАКОН О внесении изменения в статью 23 Федерального закона "О воинской обязанности и военной службе" Принят Государственной Думой 15 мая 2013 года Одобрен Советом Федерации 29 мая 2013 года Статья 1 Внести в подпункт "г" пункта 1 статьи 23 Федерального закона от 28 марта 1998 года № 53-ФЗ "О воинской обязанности и военной службе" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 1998, № 13, ст. 1475; 2001, № 30, ст. 3061; 2006, № 19, ст. 2062; № 29, ст. 3122; № 50, ст. 5281) изменение, изложив его в следующей редакции: "г) прошедшие военную службу в другом государстве в случаях, предусмотренных международными договорами Российской Федерации;". Статья 2 Настоящий Федеральный закон вступает в силу с 1 августа 2013 года. Президент Российской Федерации В.Путин Москва, Кремль 7 июня 2013 года № 111-ФЗ
