РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНЫЙ ЗАКОН О внесении изменений в статью 22 Федерального закона "О сельскохозяйственной кооперации" Принят Государственной Думой 24 октября 2019 года Одобрен Советом Федерации 6 ноября 2019 года Внести в статью 22 Федерального закона от 8 декабря 1995 года № 193-ФЗ "О сельскохозяйственной кооперации" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 1995, № 50, ст. 4870; 2003, № 24, ст. 2248; 2006, № 45, ст. 4635) следующие изменения: 1) пункт 2 после слов "в письменной форме" дополнить словами ", если иные способы направления (опубликования) уведомления не предусмотрены уставом кооператива,"; 2) в абзаце втором пункта 4 цифры "300" заменить цифрами "100".
