ПРИКАЗ Государственного таможенного комитета Российской Федерации от 5 июля 2001 г. N 648 О внесении изменений в приказ ГТК России от 27.12.2000 г. N 1219 Зарегистрировано Министерством юстиции Российской Федерации 19 июля 2001 г. Регистрационный N 2808 В целях усиления контроля за вывозом лома и отходов цветных и черных металлов за пределы таможенной территории Российской Федерации приказываю: 1. Исключить из приложения 2 к приказу ГТК России от 27.12.2000 г. N 1219 "Об определении мест таможенного оформления и вывоза лома и отходов цветных и черных металлов" (зарегистрирован в Минюсте России 22.01.2001 г., регистрационный N 2535) пункты 23 и 25. 2. Пресс-службе ГТК России (С.Ю.Лысенко) обеспечить освещение настоящего приказа в средствах массовой информации после его государственной регистрации. 3. Контроль за исполнением настоящего приказа оставляю за собой. Настоящий приказ вступает в силу по истечении 30 дней после его официального опубликования. ____________
