The Administration of Tyumen Oblast and the West Siberian association “Region” are allowed to hold a charitable cash-and-goods lottery in 1992–1993 in Tyumen Oblast, and the rules and procedure for the lottery must be approved jointly with the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the RSFSR.
