ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 18 июня 2002 г. N 821-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение Совета депутатов муниципального образования г. Купино Новосибирской области и Минимущества России, согласованное с Минобороны России и администрацией Новосибирской области, о безвозмездной передаче в муниципальную собственность г. Купино (Новосибирская область) находящихся в федеральной собственности объектов коммунально-бытового и социально-культурного назначения Омской квартирно-эксплуатационной части квартирно-эксплуатационного управления Сибирского военного округа, расположенных в г. Купино, согласно приложению. 2. Минимуществу России совместно с Минобороны России и органами местного самоуправления г. Купино обеспечить в установленном порядке передачу указанных в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения объектов в муниципальную собственность. 3. Минобороны России по согласованию с Минфином России обеспечить в 2002 году возмещение затрат на функционирование объектов, передаваемых в соответствии с настоящим распоряжением, за счет средств федерального бюджета, предусмотренных по смете на текущее содержание Минобороны России. Купино Жилые дома, инв. N 15, 16, 59, 61, 62, 72, 73, 79, 85, 88 Здание детского сада, инв. N 86 Здание санитарной части, инв. N 74 Здание спортзала Объекты инженерной инфраструктуры: водонасосная станция, инв. N 64 котельная, инв. N 89 трансформаторная подстанция, инв. N 70, 78 Инженерные коммуникации: сети электроснабжения протяженностью 27700 м сети теплоснабжения протяженностью 2583 м сети водоснабжения протяженностью 5230 м сети канализационные протяженностью 3250 м сети газоснабжения протяженностью 420 м _______________
