ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 1 ноября 1994 г. N 1718-р г. Москва 1. В соответствии с Указом Президента Российской Федерации от 22 декабря 1993 г. N 2255 "О совершенствовании государственного управления в сфере массовой информации" (Собрание актов Президента и Правительства Российской Федерации, 1993, N 52, ст. 5067) ФСТР России принять на себя функции, связанные с осуществлением государственного управления и координации деятельности общероссийских и региональных государственных телерадиовещательных организаций. Установить, что общероссийские и региональные государственные телерадиовещательные организации находятся в ведении ФСТР России. Минфину России, начиная с 15 ноября 1994 г., осуществлять в установленном порядке бюджетное финансирование и дотирование общероссийских и региональных государственных телерадиовещательных организаций через ФСТР России. 2. Для завершения ликвидационных процедур, связанных с упразднением бывшего управления по телевидению и радиовещанию при ликвидированном Мининформпечати России, поручить ФСТР России и Роскомпечати образовать ликвидационную комиссию и в 2-месячный срок в соответствии с действующим законодательством завершить процесс ликвидации этого управления.
