Культивирование конопли в промышленных целях запрещено для сортов, не внесенных в государственный реестр; для включения в реестр допустимы только сорта с ТГК не более 0,1% в сухой массе верхних частей растения; семена четвертой и последующих репродукций нельзя использовать для посева в промышленных целях.
