ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 28 января 2002 г. N 80-р г. Москва 1. В соответствии с Указом Президента Российской Федерации от 14 января 2002 г. N 21 "О внесении изменений в некоторые указы Президента Российской Федерации по вопросам федеральной государственной службы" включить в структуру Аппарата Правительства Российской Федерации, утвержденную распоряжением Правительства Российской Федерации от 16 ноября 1999 г. N 1827-р (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 1999, N 47, ст. 5763; 2001, N 40, ст. 3857), полномочного представителя Правительства Российской Федерации в Совете Федерации Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации, полномочного представителя Правительства Российской Федерации в Государственной Думе Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации и полномочного представителя Правительства Российской Федерации в Конституционном Суде Российской Федерации, Верховном Суде Российской Федерации и Высшем Арбитражном Суде Российской Федерации. 2. Руководителю Аппарата Правительства Российской Федерации обеспечить реализацию настоящего распоряжения, а по вопросам, требующим решения Правительства Российской Федерации, внести в установленном порядке соответствующие предложения.
