МИНИСТЕРСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ ПО АНТИМОНОПОЛЬНОЙ ПОЛИТИКЕ И ПОДДЕРЖКЕ ПРЕДПРИНИМАТЕЛЬСТВА ПРИКАЗ от 25 декабря 2000 г. N 1009 ОБ УТВЕРЖДЕНИИ РЕШЕНИЯ ПРАВЛЕНИЯ МАП РОССИИ 1. Утвердить решение правления МАП России от 21 декабря 2000 г. N 39/05-1 (прилагается) . -------------------------------- Не приводится. 2. Считать утратившими силу Приказы Министерства Российской Федерации по антимонопольной политике и поддержке предпринимательства от 13.01.2000 N 14, от 24.03.2000 N 191, 192, от 28.04.2000 N 328, 330, от 26.05.2000 N 390, 393, от 07.07.2000 N 499, 508, от 28.07.2000 N 592, от 06.10.2000 N 741, 743. 3. Довести принятое решение до сведения субъектов естественных монополий, предоставляющих услуги связи по распространению телерадиопрограмм. 4. Контроль за исполнением настоящего Приказа возложить на заместителя Министра Голомолзина А.Н. Министр И.А.ЮЖАНОВ ------------------------------------------------------------------
