ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 3 июля 1997 г. N 930-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение Госкомимущества России, согласованное с Минсельхозпродом России и администрацией Ярославской области, о приватизации государственного предприятия - ликеро-водочного завода "Ярославский" (г. Ярославль, ул. Советская, дом 63) путем преобразования его в открытое акционерное общество. 2. Предусмотреть закрепление в федеральной собственности на 3 года 51 процента акций открытого акционерного общества, образуемого в результате приватизации государственного предприятия - ликероводочного завода "Ярославский". 3. Госкомимуществу России осуществить приватизацию государственного предприятия - ликероводочного завода "Ярославский" в соответствии с действующим законодательством.
