ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ от 5 июня 1992 г. N 385 г. Москва Вопросы Государственного комитета Российской Федерации по национальной политике Правительство Российской Федерации постановляет: 1. Установить, что Государственный комитет Российской Федерации по национальной политике (Госкомнац России) осуществляет свою деятельность на всей территории России с учетом особенностей и в интересах каждого народа, каждой этнической группы в целях обеспечения прав и свобод человека и гражданина независимо от национальной принадлежности и территории проживания, достижения и укрепления межнационального согласия, доверия и взаимопонимания, содействия в решении вопросов социально-экономического, политического и культурного развития и сотрудничества народов. 2. Установить, что центральный аппарат Госкомнаца России финансируется за счет ассигнований на содержание органов государственного управления, предусмотренных по республиканскому бюджету Российской Федерации. 3. Установить численность работников центрального аппарата Госкомнаца России в количестве 165 единиц (без персонала по охране и обслуживанию здания) и фонд оплаты труда в расчете на квартал в сумме 1372 тыс. рублей. 4. Признать целесообразным иметь в руководстве Госкомнаца России представителей разных народов, населяющих Российскую Федерацию. Разрешить Госкомнацу России иметь 6 заместителей Председателя, в том числе одного первого, и коллегию в составе 13 человек. 5. Предоставить право Председателю Госкомнаца России утверждать структуру и штатное расписание центрального аппарата в пределах установленных численности и фонда оплаты труда работников. 6. Министерству финансов Российской Федерации предусматривать выделение необходимых средств для финансирования программ и проектов в области национальной политики. Выделить Госкомнацу России на эти цели в 1992 году 25 млн. рублей из резервного фонда Правительства Российской Федерации. 7. Госкомнацу России в 2-месячный срок разработать с участием заинтересованных министерств и ведомств и по согласованию с Министерством юстиции Российской Федерации представить в Правительство Российской Федерации проект Положения о Комитете.
