ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОЙ ДУМЫ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНОГО СОБРАНИЯ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О проекте федерального закона № 119016-5 "Технический регламент "О безопасности электроустановок" Государственная Дума Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации постановляет: 1. Отклонить проект федерального закона № 119016-5 "Технический регламент "О безопасности электроустановок", принятый Государственной Думой в первом чтении (постановление Государственной Думы Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации от 26 июня 2009 года № 2353-5 ГД "О проекте федерального закона № 119016-5 "Технический регламент "О безопасности электроустановок"). 2. Направить настоящее Постановление и указанный проект федерального закона депутатам Государственной Думы О.Д.Валенчуку, В.Ф.Звагельскому. 3. Настоящее Постановление вступает в силу со дня его принятия. Председатель Государственной Думы Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации С.Е.Нарышкин Москва 23 мая 2014 года № 4416-6 ГД
