Each family member of S.G. Skorochkin’s deceased deputy family is to receive a monthly benefit, and the Russian Government must provide medical care for the family.

РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНЫЙ ЗАКОН О материальном обеспечении и медицинском обслуживании семьи С.Г. Скорочкина Принят Государственной Думой 22 марта 1995 года Статья 1. Назначить каждому члену семьи погибшего депутата Государственной Думы С. Г. Скорочкина пособие в размере 2-кратной минимальной пенсии по старости в месяц. Круг членов семьи и сроки выплаты пособия определяются применительно к статьям 50 и 51 Закона РСФСР "О государственных пенсиях в РСФСР" . Статья 2. Финансирование расходов на выплату указанных пособий производить за счет средств федерального бюджета. Статья 3. Правительству Российской Федерации обеспечить медицинское обслуживание членов семьи С. Г. Скорочкина. Президент Российской Федерации Б. Ельцин Москва, Кремль 17 апреля 1995 года № 42-ФЗ
