ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОЙ ДУМЫ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНОГО СОБРАНИЯ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О внесении изменения в статью 44 Регламента Государственной Думы Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации Государственная Дума Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации постановляет: 1. Внести в статью 44 Регламента Государственной Думы Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 1998, № 7, ст. 801; 2007, № 42, ст. 4981; 2010, № 29, ст. 3851; № 49, ст. 6468; 2016, № 44, ст. 6103; № 47, ст. 6579) изменение, дополнив ее частью шестой следующего содержания: "6. Порядок реализации положений части пятой настоящей статьи утверждается решением Комитета Государственной Думы по Регламенту и организации работы Государственной Думы.". 2. Настоящее Постановление вступает в силу со дня его принятия. Председатель Государственной Думы Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации В.В.Володин Москва 16 декабря 2016 года № 545-7 ГД
