УКАЗ ПРЕЗИДЕНТА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О Туманове В.Н. 1. По итогам выборов главы администрации Псковской области, состоявшихся 3 ноября 1996 г., освободить Туманова Владислава Николаевича от должности главы администрации Псковской области со дня вступления в должность избранного главы администрации Псковской области. 2. В связи с освобождением от должности предоставить Туманову В.Н. социальные гарантии, предусмотренные Указом Президента Российской Федерации от 3 октября 1994 г. № 1969 "О мерах по укреплению единой системы исполнительной власти в Российской Федерации" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 1994, № 24, ст. 2598). 3. Настоящий Указ вступает в силу со дня подписания. Президент Российской Федерации Б.Ельцин Москва, Кремль 3 декабря 1996 года № 1616
