ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 1 декабря 2004 г. N 1535-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение Правительства Республики Башкортостан, администрации г. Уфы и Минэкономразвития России, согласованное с Минздравсоцразвития России, Минфином России и Государственным Собранием - Курултаем Республики Башкортостан, о реорганизации государственного образовательного учреждения высшего профессионального образования "Башкирский государственный медицинский университет Министерства здравоохранения Российской Федерации" и городской клинической больницы N 6 г. Уфы путем присоединения больницы к университету в качестве его структурного подразделения в целях обеспечения университета клинической базой для подготовки врачебных кадров с одновременной безвозмездной передачей имущества указанной больницы из муниципальной собственности г. Уфы в федеральную собственность. 2. Минэкономразвития России, Минздравсоцразвития России и администрации г. Уфы обеспечить проведение реорганизационных мероприятий в отношении учреждений, указанных в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения. 3. Минфину России внести в установленном порядке необходимые изменения в сводную бюджетную роспись федерального бюджета на 2004 год в части увеличения ассигнований, утвержденных Росздраву, на сумму средств, предусмотренных в бюджете г. Уфы для обеспечения содержания городской клинической больницы N 6 г. Уфы и передаваемых в федеральный бюджет. 4. Росздраву обеспечить в 2004 году выделение в установленном порядке ассигнований на содержание образованного в результате реорганизации государственного образовательного учреждения высшего профессионального образования в пределах ассигнований, предусмотренных Росздраву. 5. Минздравсоцразвития России предусматривать начиная с 2005 года бюджетные ассигнования для финансирования государственного образовательного учреждения высшего профессионального образования "Башкирский государственный медицинский университет Министерства здравоохранения Российской Федерации" с учетом его реорганизации в соответствии с настоящим распоряжением.
