The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs must issue visas, without charging issuance fees, to Olympiad participants and guests and to media representatives, following the organizing committee’s application and the established procedure.

ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 26 октября 2019 г. № 2531-р МОСКВА Дополнить распоряжение Правительства Российской Федерации от 19 марта 2019 г. № 464-р (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2019, № 12, ст. 1352) пунктом 3 1 следующего содержания: "3 1 . МИДу России обеспечить выдачу виз в установленном порядке участникам и гостям олимпиады, а также представителям средств массовой информации в соответствии с заявкой организационного комитета по подготовке и проведению олимпиады без взимания сборов за их выдачу.".
