ЗАКОН РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О повышении минимального размера оплаты труда Статья 1. Повысить во II квартале 1992 года в организациях и учреждениях, финансируемых из бюджетных источников, минимальный размер оплаты труда до 900 рублей в месяц. Другие предприятия, организации и учреждения вводят установленный в части первой настоящей статьи минимальный размер оплаты труда начиная с 1 июня 1992 года по мере изыскания собственных средств на эти цели. В минимальный размер оплаты труда не включаются доплаты и надбавки, а также премии и другие поощрительные выплаты. Статья 2. Признать утратившими силу статью 1 Закона РСФСР от 6 декабря 1991 года "О повышении минимального размера оплаты труда" и статью 2 Закона Российской Федерации "О досрочном введении в действие Закона РСФСР "О государственных пенсиях в РСФСР".
