УКАЗ ПРЕЗИДЕНТА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ О Соловьеве В.П. 1. По итогам выборов главы исполнительной власти Челябинской области, состоявшихся 22 декабря 1996 г., освободить Соловьева Вадима Павловича от должности главы администрации Челябинской области со дня вступления в должность избранного главы администрации Челябинской области. 2. В связи с освобождением от должности предоставить Соловьеву В.П. социальные гарантии, предусмотренные Указом Президента Российской Федерации от 3 октября 1994 г. № 1969 "О мерах по укреплению единой системы исполнительной власти в Российской Федерации" (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 1994, № 24, ст. 2598). 3.
