ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ от 18 августа 2005 г. N 1243-р г. Москва 1. Принять предложение Верхнекамской районной Думы (Кировская область) и Минэкономразвития России, согласованное с Минюстом России и правительством Кировской области, о безвозмездной передаче в собственность муниципального образования "Верхнекамский район" (Кировская область) относящихся к федеральной собственности и находящихся в хозяйственном ведении государственного унитарного предприятия учреждения К-231/7 Министерства юстиции Российской Федерации объектов, расположенных в Верхнекамском районе Кировской области, согласно приложению. 2. Росимуществу совместно с ФСИН России и органом местного самоуправления муниципального образования "Верхнекамский район" (Кировская область) обеспечить в установленном порядке передачу указанных в пункте 1 настоящего распоряжения объектов в муниципальную собственность.
